As a energy healer and Akashic record reader I am often asked the question, what is stopping me from finding love? It is such an important question that we all have to address at some point in our lives. Love is such an important need and want for a human being. It is the only energy, the only vibration that reconnects us with who we are. It is the highest form of energy there is. Every other substitution falls short.

When I hear this question I know the person is coming from a belief system, thought pattern that has been programed into them. There is a block that makes them think that for some reason they are not capable of finding the kind of love they really deserve. That there is something wrong inside of them.

When you’re thinking thoughts of wanting a mate, are you fully in alignment with what you desire? What I mean by that is, are you thinking and feeling the same? Or are you thinking, yes I want that person but feeling no I can’t have it, I don’t deserve it? The universe uses your emotions as the guideline for what you’re really asking for. So if you’re thinking yes but feeling no, then that’s what it hears.

A lot of this is subconscious. It’s programming that was given to you by your environment and experiences. Your brain is in a hypnotic state the early years of your life. If you heard, felt, saw relationships in a certain way, your brain would simply accept that as your truth. By the way, 90+ percent of our behaviors, thoughts and feelings are subconscious! So if you’re using 10% of your mind to ask for your love and 90% is feeling the opposite, guess who wins?

Now let’s be honest, most of us have been trained to believe that what we need is outside of ourselves. We logically know that doesn’t make sense, but emotionally we can’t seem to stop the obsession. That’s because of our programming. I would suggest that you work with that belief or block that is keeping you stuck. Find out what the root cause of that discomfort is. Where that belief comes from, who’s is it and why you’ve adopted it. Then do whatever it takes to permanently remove it from your subconscious mind. Once your vibration changes, you will find love.

Reiki, yoga, akashic record reading, crystal therapy, laying of the hands, tarot readings, past life regression, shamanism and the list goes on and on. All very amazing ways to connect and participate. You just have to connect with yourself in the way you know how. Meditate, read, go on long walks, swim in the ocean, feed stray animals, whatever way reconnects you to all of us.
