Do you like attention? Yeah? So does your wife. It is your job to look for any reason out there to give her time, love, and attention. You dig? I thought you would since it is Spring! (The time to dig is here, you know!)
If you really want to impress your wife and make Easter an extra special holiday for her, then send her a nice bouquet. This can be as simple or as expensive as you would like. The point is to bring her something nice to celebrate the holiday.
If you bring home this thoughtful little gift (or get it delivered) on Thursday (before she is off work for Good Friday) it will set the stage for a really pleasant holiday weekend. If she does not work, then you can still choose to have something delivered or bring it home yourself.
You may also consider other gifts such as potted plants that can be transplanted outside, holiday sweets, pretty gardening tool sets, etc. She will love most anything that has an Easter or Spring motif.
You are probably thinking that Easter is not a traditional gift-giving holiday, but remember this. Here is one more opportunity to shower your wife with love and strengthen your bond of your union. If you have an outstanding marriage, then this will only make it better. If your marriage has hit a little turbulence, then this will help smooth it out again.
I know that you probably don’t care one bit about giving or receiving gifts for Easter, but remember this: Men and women are not wired the same. The little things matter to most women a whole lot more than most men. You will think this is nothing. She will think you are charming, thoughtful, and loving. Do you see how this will impact your marriage and come back to benefit both of you in the end?
The more you put into your marriage, the more you will get out of it. There are not many exceptions to this rule.
